leoner.co (External link) is an online store for women's homewear and lingerie: silk pieces, robes and pyjamas, lingerie, T-shirts and tracksuits. The site runs in Ukrainian and Russian, and delivery goes through Nova Poshta.

I came up with the store and built it myself – as its creator, developer and engineer. What matters most is not the shop window but what runs behind it.

A store run by agents

A store usually lives on manual work: adding products, uploading photos, writing descriptions, keeping details and stock up to date. At LEONER these steps are linked together through AI agents. The agents upload and update products, write descriptions and look after the cart and the catalogue. About 80 % of this work runs automatically; the decisions stay with a person.

The LEONER catalogue: filters by collection, brand and category, product cards with availability

The catalogue

The catalogue holds more than 600 models. They can be filtered by collection (new in, bestsellers and more), by brand and by category, and a switch hides whatever is out of stock right now. Every card shows availability, colours and sizes.

A product page: T-shirt with availability, colour and size choice, cart button and Nova Poshta delivery date

The product page

The product page shows everything needed to decide: availability, colour, size with a size chart and the expected Nova Poshta delivery date. Customers can try items on before paying and exchange or return them within 14 days. Questions about a product can be sent to Telegram straight from the page.

Search and Google

  • Products are sent to Google Merchant Center, separately for the Ukrainian and the Russian version.
  • Each language has its own addresses and structured data for search engines.
  • A journal with articles on fabrics, care and choosing homewear brings readers from search to the right parts of the catalogue.
