Projects and the idea behind them

Routine eats the day and the programs don’t talk to each other? Here is how I solved that in my projects.

gusiart.com

Websites

A website for a person, not for a template

Gusia Art Studio. The painter wanted to show her paintings the way you see them in an exhibition. Solution: the paintings hang in a room that changes with the colour theme, Hebrew mirrors the entire layout, and the artist adds new works herself – no programmer needed.

Klariq. A news site in three languages that grows every day: news arrives from source feeds through my Oko and is published after my approval.

Online stores

LEONER: an online store that looks after itself

There was one task: 85–90 % of the routine in the store should run without people. I linked everything that is usually done by hand into one chain: creating products, photos, description, stock and the export to Google. The decisions stay with me – what to sell and how.

Personal assistant

Hermes: one chat instead of ten programs

I am building my own assistant on the open-source project Hermes Agent. It runs on my server and I talk to it in Telegram. Hermes is the main orchestrator: it takes a task, hands it to agents, checks the result and brings it back to me for a decision.

This is already how Klariq articles are published: none goes live without my “yes” in the chat.

How the assistant works

Oko

A SaaS CRM for websites and businesses

Oko gathers in one window everything that happens to websites and contacts: checks, failures, enquiries, contacts, articles and statistics. I built it for my own projects – later it will become a product for others.

For anyone with several websites whose enquiries get lost between email, spreadsheet and messenger.

Multilingual websites that Google finds

Gusia Art Studio and Klariq show how I build websites: static pages with Astro, no cookies and no third-party scripts, fast to load and with structured data for search engines. Both sites run in three languages; for Hebrew, Gusia Art Studio mirrors the entire layout right to left. Klariq is a news site about artificial intelligence in German, English and Russian.

Online store automation with AI agents

For the LEONER online store the goal was to handle 85 to 90 percent of the routine without manual work. AI agents create products, write descriptions, update stock and transfer the catalogue of more than 600 models to Google Merchant Center. About 80 percent of this work already runs automatically.

Hermes: a personal AI assistant as orchestrator

Hermes is built on the open-source project Hermes Agent, runs on its own server and is controlled via Telegram. It takes tasks, distributes them to specialised agents, checks the results and presents them for approval. That is why articles on Klariq appear only after my consent.

Oko: a SaaS CRM for websites and businesses

Oko brings together in one interface what is otherwise spread over many tools: daily checks of SSL, speed, security and SEO, incidents with automatic re-checks, leads on a map, a CRM with contacts, companies and history, an editorial desk with approval, plus cookie-free statistics and Google Search Console data. Built with Next.js and Supabase.

Fixik: neighbourhood help in Kelheim district

Fixik is a platform for small everyday help: whoever needs support describes the task, helpers nearby respond, and both sides confirm it is done. Fixik is in development; the first region is Kelheim district in Lower Bavaria.
